  • Once the project is completed and paid for, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, except for third-party resources and software licenses.

  • Clients must provide all required content, images, and information necessary for project completion.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content provided.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Empire Website Designer NYC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
